Jodi's family has an amazing boat and is REALLY into water sports. Mikey, Joni, and I were able to go up with Jodi one weekend to camp at Lake Buena Vista and her family took us all out on the boat!
I had the best birthday of my life! It started when Kristine and Todd invited me over for dinner. I had just returned the day before to California and Todd and Kristine had made me dinner THAT night also, so Bree my roommate gave me a guilt trip for going over to their place 2 nights in a row. Kristine is a wonderful friend who loves birthdays more than anyone I've ever met, so I was excited to be with them on my 25th! But when I get there, four more friends jump from behind the couch and surprise me!!!

We were trying to do a mid air jumping shot and I cropped this picture, but I can't believe how perfectly Todd caught it! Blogging doesn't have to be right on time. It is July 28th, but this entry is about July 16 and 17th. Bethany and I were supposed to drive together from NC to MD but I didn't think to check the rates and you can't affordably drop off a rental car in another state. So we both flew seperatly. But I got to see her on campus briefly!
That night I got to spend with Kim!
And we went to the CRC which is my all time favorite gym in the world and I've never seen another even close to its awesomeness. It has 3 pools! Just CHECK OUT THIS POOL! 50 Meters, COLD, and fast, it also plays the radio underwater. Favorite. Favorite pool in my life. And I definitly got my swim in while we were there...it cost $7 to be there so I stayed for 4 or 5 hours :)
One crazy day was the day my phone died. Most my bad stories start this way and you would think I'd buy one of those emergency chargers by now. Anyway, its a long story about running out of cash completely and winding up at the bus stop without the fare. It also includes waiting outside a book store in Union Station for about 4 hours and getting yelled at by security for sitting on the floor. It ends with me asking strangers for money for the bus. It was not a favorite day, but I did get to see Alyssa and Sickle!
